Construction Projects Management (CPM)

The Construction Project Management (CPM) application is designed for managers/foremen who manage multiple construction sites simultaneously. The goal is to enable organization and efficient monitoring of all aspects of a construction site, with functionalities for task scheduling, cost and budget tracking, and communication with all team members.

Main Functionalities:

Dashboard (Overview of all projects)

▪️Multiple Site Management:
The main screen of the application allows monitoring of all active construction sites in real time. The manager has insight into the status of each project, key dates, and calculations in a single view.
(For example, if a manager manages five different construction sites, he can go into the application and immediately see the progress of each project, the completion dates, and the current budget status. For example, one project may be in the foundation phase, while another may already be in the roofing phase.)

Teams, subcontractors, and clients receive notifications when tasks are assigned to them or when a deadline for completion is approaching.
(E.g. If the concrete work deadline is April 10, the application will send a notification to all teams involved in this task, reminding them of the upcoming deadline.)

Monitoring of Budget and Expenses

For each task or phase of the project, it is possible to set a budget that is monitored during execution. The application allows you to add all the costs (materials, labor, equipment, etc.) and compare them with the actual costs.
(For example, if the budget for the foundations is €20,000 (euro), the application allows you to track how much was actually spent on material, labor and other costs, so that the manager can easily see potential overruns.)

If costs exceed the budget, the application automatically generates a notification, allowing managers to react quickly and take corrective action.
